On occasion the operating system will need to be updated. These are the specific steps on how to manually check for the update.
Typically an update should start automatically. However, occasionally a terminal could be offline at the time the update is pushed. Or it may have been delayed for other reasons.
Regardless of the reason if you need to perform the update, or check to see if there is an update, the following steps will take you through this process.
This tutorial will start from the main application screen. If you are needing help knowing how to get to the main application screen please follow the same steps outlined in these articles:

Starting form the Android main applications menu screen go to the Tools -> System Updates Icon:
After accessing the system update menu you can check for an update by pressing the button indicated in the screenshot:
If an update is started you can press the button indicating the speed limit and it will allow you to change the speed throttle to any rate between 5% -> unlimited. A higher speed rate will shorten the amount of time it takes for the update to happen.
