How to run diagnostics on your Zift Terminal

This article shows how to run diagnostics on your Zift Terminal to ensure everything is configured correctly.

  1. From the Home screen, you will select Settings.



  2. Click Diagnostics




  3. Diagnostics will begin to run, and you will be shown this screen while they are running. Please wait up to a couple minutes for the diagnostics to finish.




  4. After diagnostics are completed, you will be shown an array of settings and configurations. These are commonly used in troubleshooting issues with terminals. 




  5. Click OK when you are finished reviewing diagnostic results to return to the previous screen.
