How to void a transaction on your Zift Terminal

This article will demonstrate how to void a transaction that has already processed, but not yet settled.

  1. From the home screen, click 'Void/Refund' 




  2. You will need to enter the transaction ID for the processed transaction. This can be found by logging in to your account at https://portal.zift.io/console and finding the correct transaction. 




  3. You will be shown some details about the transaction. Click 'Yes' to void the transaction. 




  4. After processing, you will be shown a confirmation screen of the void. 



  5. You will be given 3 options for the receipt. Click print if you'd like the receipt to print from your terminal (only an option with our Sunmi P2 Pro Terminals), click 'Email' if you'd like to enter an email address for the receipt to be sent to, or click 'No Receipt' if you don't want a receipt.




  6. After the receipt menu, you will be returned to the main screen.
