This article will demonstrate how to refund a transaction from your Zift Terminal.
From the home screen, click 'Void/Refund'
You will need to enter the transaction ID for the processed transaction. This can be found by logging in to your account at https://portal.zift.io/console and finding the correct transaction. Note: If attempting to refund a transaction that hasn't settled yet, it will result in a void, preventing the transaction from settling. Otherwise, it will issue a refund.
You will be shown some details about the transaction. Click 'Yes' to refund the transaction.
After processing, you will be shown a confirmation of the refund.
You will be given 3 options for the receipt. Click print if you'd like the receipt to print from your terminal (only an option with our Sunmi P2 Pro Terminals), click 'Email' if you'd like to enter an email address for the receipt to be sent to, or click 'No Receipt' if you don't want a receipt.
After the receipt menu, you will be returned to the main screen.
